On the heels of a new brand and a new generation of candidates, EMILYs List needed a refreshed website and a complete overhaul of their donations experience.
Audience focused donations
Through analytics and a series of audience interviews we quickly realized that the current donations flow did not allow visitors to filter and find candidates that were near and dear to their hearts nor find others with similar platforms. Adding in filters such as first-time candidate and flip a seat along with upsell opportunities allowed visitors to donate money to candidates they cared about.
