What if? is one of life's most important questions. It has gotten us to the moon, saved lives, and given rise to Chipotle. It requires you to think about other questions like, "Why?", “How?”, and “When?” Over the past 16 years, I have made campaigns, built digital products, developed brands, and created websites that answer all these questions.

  • Led the strategic planning, UX, and design for several digital products and enterprise-level websites for the United Service Organizations (USO), The Pew Charitable Trusts, and the Natural Resources Defense Council that increased engagement, email sign-ups, and fundraising.
  • Developed the brand positioning and strategy for the Animal Legal Defense Fund, NOAA, UN Environment, and the Hewlett Foundation.
  • Led a portion of a product design team to re-imagine the product strategy and UX/UI for The Center of Medicare and Medicaid’s reporting and payment product for over 1.5MM clinicians.
  • Developed national digital campaigns for the Kennedy Forum, the ALS Association, the USO, and the ONE Campaign.
  • Responsibilities include strategy development, market and UX research, design, UX, and content development for brand identities, websites, digital products, print collateral, videos, email campaigns, and social media campaigns. 
  • Serves on the board of directors overseeing hiring, agency process, new business, marketing, and tool selection and implementation for an agency of 27 people with over $4MM in billings.

  • Collaborated with two venture capital backed entrepreneurs to develop their brands, SAAS products, and marketing strategy for Manifest’s start-up incubator.
  • Responsible for a four-person team. Established agency-wide design production process guidelines, departmental procedures for creative in Agile development, and responsive web guidelines.

    Bloomberg’s award-winning legal research product. Scaled the experience to a native
